Hungry Jacks and Childcare Centre

Smithfield Property Group engaged Consult Planning to handle the town planning aspects of their combined Child Care Centre and Retail project at 12-16 Keong Road, Albany Creek.

Consult Planning successfully organised town planning approvals for this project as follows:

  • Due diligence for the transaction
  • Development Permit for a Material Change of Use for a Child Care Centre and Food and Drink Outlet
  • Reconfiguration of a Lot (1 into 2 lots and access easements) and
  • Operational Works (Advertising Devices) on land at 12-16 Keong Road, Albany Creek

Our Director's strategic advice resulted in the fast food restaurant being approved in conjunction with the childcare centre to ensure the development outcome and yield sought was achieved.

The project is situated within the Moreton Bay Regional Council area for development approvals.
