8 storey residential building consisting of 56 apartments.
This project involved due diligence in relation to development opportunities for a client on a long term industrial land holding. It was identified that land immediately opposite the site allowed for 8 storey residential development having the same locational characteristics as the subject site and close proximity to the Stones Corner Busway Station.
Flooding and other engineering issues were resolved to facilitate the proposed development and achieve development approval.
Services included engaging Traffic and Civil Engineers in relation to the proposed development and preparation and submission of the development application to Brisbane City Council. Intense negotiations were required with Council in relation to the height, bulk and scale of the development, and site access and egress issues.
