The BP Bowen Hills project was a redevelopment of the existing BP service station on Abbotsford Road. The shop was relocated to a new position on the site and the fuel pumps upgraded.
Consult Planning arranged the development application, which was in the Bowen Hills Priority Development Area [PDA]. This meant the application was lodged to, and assessed by, Economic Development Queensland under the Economic Development Act 2012.
